New year login event issue

We are aware of the problem that players are not receiving the new year login rewards for day 1 and 2. Due to a system technical issue, players from Dragon Nest SEA got credited with the rewards instead. We have already rectified the issue and are giving a small compensation for the inconvenience.

we have credited the following compensation stated below to all accounts
- [GM]Item Protection Magic Jelly x 25
- Garnet x40
- Essence of Life x 20

We also will be extending the double exp and drop rate from now till 8 January 2017 2359HRS. 

Compensation are credited per Account Basis.
Rewards are credited through Special Storage.
